Ngarranggarni Ltd (trading as Dreamtime Housing) is a newly established company limited by guarantee to provide social and affordable housing for Aboriginal people. It was established in 2021.
Dreamtime Housing is a member of the Murdi Paaki Regional Housing and Business Consortium that has been established to provide integrated, competent, fully resourced and culturally safe social housing management and tenant support services to low-income Aboriginal residents living in the Murdi Paaki Region.
Dreamtime Housing will collaborate with all consortium members, and the Murdi Paaki Regional Assembly through Murdi Paaki Services Ltd to deliver effective housing services across the Murdi Paaki Region.
Our directors come from the Murdi Paaki Region and bring cultural community knowledge to inform the governance of the Corporation.
The properties we manage will include properties such as those transferred to us from the NSW Government through the Aboriginal Housing Office and through our partnership with the Murdi Paaki Regional Housing Corporation. Dreamtime Housing will also seek other property management contracts through partnership agreements.
